I bought new runningshoes the other day.

I love my new shoes.

And they were free! Since i used the gift sertificate i got from testing a new youghurt

A rather necessary part of the human body, beeing its largetst organ n stuff. And since we usually want it to look as good as possible, theres a huge insustry making tons of money because of it. Me beeing one of those that have allergies and exhema, have tried tons of stuff in an effort to have less red, itchy and dry skin. And after trying different both expencive and cheap sollutions ive come up with three products that actually help me:

Dermalogica special cleansing gel is a really good cleanser that makes your skin feel refreshed and not dry at all. It is a bit expencive but it really goes a long way, as you only need to use a tiny amount. The best is to use a facecream from dermalogica aswell, but also very expencive (so i only use those little samples you get from the store..)

Another great product is the Guinot Biological peeling radiance gel wich really does leave your skin radiant!

Another great product for problemskin is Zona wich is made with the same enzym that helps salmon babies get out of their eggs(!!) Whats so great about it is that it doesnt only help you skin heal faster from redness and scratches, but it also “eats” all the dry dead skin while beeing good for sensitive skin!

And ofcourse its important to drink lots of water
